How it works

How your registration works

Step 1: Enquiry

Call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Tell us what you need and we'll send you the exact list of documents for your case. You can also conveniently order online.

Step 2: Fill in the power of attorney

To act on your behalf, the authority needs a written power of attorney (Vollmacht) from you. Download it, fill it in and sign it. The authority requires the original – a photo or scan is not enough. The form is in German; we're happy to help you fill it in. It already includes the declaration of consent regarding vehicle tax.

For vehicle tax, the authority also needs a SEPA direct debit mandate. The form (in German) can be filled in on your computer:

Step 3: Hand over documents

Bring the documents and the signed power of attorney to our office at Ludwig-Richter-Straße 29. We check everything for completeness on the spot. On request, we pick everything up from you. You can also send us photos of your documents in advance via WhatsApp or email so we can check they are complete.

Step 4: Collect

We complete the registration at the Munich registration authority and let you know when everything is ready – usually within 24 hours (fast registration). Collect your documents from us – or, if you prefer, we deliver them or send them by post.
